All-New Lancia Ypsilon in Chrysler's Badge

All-New Lancia Ypsilon

Fiat finally will release the new Ypsilon as the replacement of the previous at the Geneva salon. Somehow, there is something which the public seems like do not know. The new Ypsilon would be made into five door body style for the first time which is going to sell in Great Britain and Ireland under the Chrysler badge. This hopefully could give the new atmosphere for Fiat lovers.

The main reason of providing again the Lancia in Great Britain and around it is because of the economic crisis which attacks the whole countries in the world if we move back to 2008. Meanwhile in 2010, after the Italian giant automotive company joined and created an alliance with the Chrysler group, there is something new appears. The group’s CEO, Sergio Marchionne, made decision to merge the two brands that are Lancia and Chrysler. So, all the models of those will be made into single full-line brand with different names.

As the proof of that merger, the new 2012 Lancia supermini is available on the market this year along with the emergence of Chrysler Ypsilon. However, this will not be the product exchange among those two companies but there are something more. Although, the media does not give the more details about that, there is an expectation if that new cars would be sale not only on UK and Ireland but also another markets.

There is a little information about the 2012 Ypsilon if the car will apply the hidden rear-door handles, some new numerous options to optimize the interior, and use fuel efficient engine.
